After graduating from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing, Scott Mishoe began his career in the transportation industry at Ryder Truck Rental in Syracuse, New York. Mr. Mishoe then moved to Denver and continued his career with Ryder, where over the next 11 years he set numerous sales records in the company's full-service leasing product line.
In 1997, Scott was hired by John Flynn to join First Fleet Corporation, where he enjoyed a highly successful 10-year career providing net leasing and asset management services to premier private fleets. Scott has dedicated his career to helping customers identify equipment replacement cycles through the use of complex lease structures that offer greater flexibility and lower cost. He joined Fleet Advantage to help their "next-generation" truck lease service product using advanced information technology and a client-centric service model.
Scott is a CTP (Certified Transportation Professional) and remains an active member of the National Private Truck Council.

Al Barner graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland in 1992 with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. He started his career as a Regional Sales manager selling truck equipment to distributors and municipalities.
In 1998 he took a sales position with Ryder working in Full Service Leasing. Al spent nine years as a Director of Business Development in the Midwest and three as a Business Development Manager in the Cleveland, Ohio market. While at Ryder he was inducted into the Ryder Round Table in 2002. Al was Sales Person of the Year in 2001 as a Business Development Manager and again in 2002 as a Director of Business Development.
Al joined Fleet Advantage in 2010 as the Regional Vice President of the Midwest.

A graduate of the University of Maryland Mike started his career with Ryder in Baltimore, Maryland. Over a distinguished 20+ years in the business Mike has held positions in sales, sale management and sales training and was a member of Ryder's Sales Roundtable.
Starting in Ryder's rental department Mike's hard work and dedication lead to positions in rental management, lease sales, logistics sales and eventually national sales account management. In 1997 Mike joined Ryder's lease finance group and eventually became the Director, Lease Finance for the company.
Mike and his family moved to Dallas, TX. In 2004 where Mike was promoted to Vice President, Strategic accounts. From 2006 thru 2008 Mike served a two year rotation in Ryder's sales training department as Senior Sales Training Consultant.
Returning to the National sales team in 2008 Mike was named Director, National Accounts.
Mike joined Fleet Advantage in 2010 as Regional Vice President, South.
